Us“Everyone is the other and no one is himself”.
Martin Heidegger: Being and Time, 1927. Is the world we see the real world itself?
Does the real “us” appear in the eyes of others, or just faceless individuals? Most of us pretend being somebody else; most of us hide ourselves behind something. What is true? What is a lie? What is the ego? People are constantly blocked by things in front of them. They are oblivious to the distance that separates them from the others; they ignore their truth. After a long time, we maybe even end up forgetting ourselves. Jiexin Zhao |
