FramedTo achieve equality with men, women struggle to get out of the frame that binds them. But perhaps it is not just women the ones who are confined, but also the frame that sustains social roles and norms. Both femininity and masculinity are governed by stereotypes that hold us back. However, times change. New points of view encourage us to free ourselves from social pressure and to consider people beyond their gender. By doing that, they push society forward, inviting it to leave the frame and open up to new realities in regard to gender, sexuality and traditional relational models, such as family and marriage.
